Citric Acid is white crystal substance with sour taste and easily dissolves in vanduo. It is obtained from citrus fruits, mainly lemons, where it is mainly concentrated. Citric Acid is used as a regulator of acidity, a conserving agent and food supplement. It is widely used in the production of food, chemical and cleaning products, medicine and cosmetics. Citric Acid is an important ingredient in many creams, shampoos, lotions.

USE

In cooking, it can be used as a preservative, flavoring and stabilizer. In cosmetics, it is included in the composition of various products. It also has cleansing properties.
