ORGANIC GUAR GUM
Aprašymas
APRAŠYMAS
/CYAMOPSIS TETRAGONOLOBA/
Guar gum is a polysaccharide, extracted from legumes called Guar beans. It is a non-toxic emulsifier and displays excellent viscosity building properties in aqueous formulės. It is also used as a thickener and stabilizer. Typically, it forms slightly opaque to transparent solutions in acidic pH. Combines equally well with both solids and liquids, helps to contribute thickness and fluffiness to different formulas.
NAUDOJIMAS
Typically, Guar gum should be used at levels between 0.2% to a maximum of 2%.
If using as a thickener, it is best to first make a slurry of the guar gum and a small amount of liquid (aliejus or other type of fat) before incorporating into the larger batch. This will help eliminate clumping. Once the polymer is fully dispersed, full viscosity will develop within 15 minutes to one hour.
SAUGA
For external naudokite only. Keep out of reach of vaikai. Store in dry and cool place. Highly acidic ingredients will lessen the thickening abilities of guar gum.
