GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2023-12-30 edition No. 1

1. General provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – General Terms and Conditions) is applicable to all order provided by you as a buyer to ROŽĖ IR KARŪNA, MB, legal entity code 306396132, address Gediminas ave 27, Vilnius, e-mail: and all agreements.

2. Conclusion of the purchase-sale contract

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the electronic store, having previously familiarized himself with these rules.

3. Orders

3.1. The buyer may choose the products at the Online Store and add them in the shopping cart.
3.2. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary to fulfill the order: his name, surname, address where the goods will be delivered, telephone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods.
3.3. Prior submitting an order, the Buyer shall introduce with the Terms and Conditions and confirm the acceptance with the Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment

4.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices include VAT. After confirmation of the order, the delivery fee, if applicable, is added to the total amount of the goods.
4.2. The Buyer may choose to settle for the goods at the moment of placing an order or at the moment of delivery of goods at the self-service parcel terminal.
4.3. Payment can be made using the electronic banking services, as well as Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the Paysera payment platform.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. When ordering goods, the buyer must specify the exact delivery method:
(1) delivery of the goods to the specified self-service parcel terminal;
(2) delivery of goods to the specified address (door-to-door delivery);
(3) delivery the goods to the office of the Seller at Gediminas ave. 27, Vilnius.
5.2. When ordering goods, the buyer shall indicate correct and true details which are required for the delivery of goods. In the case these data is incorrect, the Seller shall be entitled to terminate the contract and refund the Buyer.
5.3. The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods within 1-3 working days by the method chosen by the Buyer from the of receipt of the order and (or) the payment.

6. Return of goods

6.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. This conditions is not applied for business clients.
6.2. Defects of goods are eliminated and goods are exchanged, returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.3. The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
6.3.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
6.3.2. The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance: undamaged
labels, unremoved protective films, etc. (this clause does not apply in case of returning a defective product);
6.3.3. The inner packager (seal) shall not be opened by the Buyer;
6.3.4. The returned product must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
6.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met;
6.5. The return of the goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller.
6.6. The money for the returned quality goods shall be returned to the Buyer’s account no later than within 14 days from the day of returning the goods to the Seller.

7. Buyer’s rights and obligations

7.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules.
7.2. The buyer has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the electronic store, by notifying the seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods, under the condition that the goods are not used, the inner packaging (seal) was not opened. This clause shall not be applied to business clients.
7.3. The buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.
7.4. If the Buyer, during the delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without good reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller’s request.
7.5. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) together with the Seller or the person who delivered the shipment.

8. Seller’s rights and obligations

8.1. The Seller is entitled to terminate the order and return the payment in the case the Seller cannot deliver the goods due to any reason.
8.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 days from the day of receipt of the returned goods.

9. Liability

9.1. The Parties shall be liable for the performance of their obligations under the contract, but the total liability of each Party shall be limited to direct losses.
9.2. The liability of each Party shall be limited to the amount of the price of the order, except in the cases established by the law.

10. Liability

10.1. The General Terms and Conditions an orders shall be ,governed by Lithuanian laws.
10.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. The Parties cannot transfer any of its rights and obligations under the contract to any other person without prior written consent of another Party.
10.4. The Seller shall be entitled to amend these General Terms and Conditions by publishing new version of the conditions at The amended conditions comes into force from the moment of publishing.
